Soak millet for 15 to 20 mins.
Millet: water - 1:2.5. Boil the water with 1 tsp salt.
Saute veggies. Add oil and ghee, mustard, 1 g chilli, curry leaves, hing, onion, diced carrots, peas. Add soaked millet and hot water.
Pressure cook in Small cooker for 3 whistles.
