Javvarisi kanji

Soak 1/3 cup javvarisi for 15 mins.
Add 1 cup water to pressure cooker and let it come to a boil.
Add soaked javvarisi to boiled water and cook for 2 sounds.

Add milk and sugar or yogurt and salt to it.
