Rice flour - 0.25 cup (which is 4 tbsp)
Baking soda - 0.25 tsp
Salt - 0.25 tsp
Red chilli powder - 0.75 tsp
Ajwain - 1/8 tsp
Hing - 0.25 tsp
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add water.
Mix with hands to make sure no lumps.
Add a tsp of hot oil and mix with spoon.
Make bajji right away.
Fry in medium flame or low to med. Don't go above medium.
