Kootu with g chilli
No sambar powder
Mong dal
Toor deal
Kadala parupu
To grind - jeera, g chilli and coconut
Boil vegetable with turmeric, salt, Hing, curry leaves and water.
Add the ground mixture and cooked dal.
Tempering: oil mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves.
