Sweet dosa/Vella dosa

sweet wheat dosa:
1) 1 cup wheat atta 
2) 1/4 cup rice flour (try with 1.5 tbsp rice flour)
3) 3/4 jaggery (break it) 
add 1 cup water and melt jaggery. Filter and add elachi powder.let it cool down.

Mix them together. Batter should be free flowing but not too thin.

Cook with ghee on low- medium flame.
