Kootu with red chilli

Boil vegetable with turmeric, salt, Hing, sambar powder - 1 or 1.5 tsp, curry leaves
Moong dal-
Toor dal
Kadala parupu
To grind: saute in oil, jeera, urad dal, red chilli -1, pepper -5 pieces, Hing.
Add the ground mixture to the veggisbsn
