Payatham Parupu Sambar

Veggies: carrot, raddish, capsicum, potato
Mong dal - 3/4 cup 

In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, g chilli, ginger, veggies, curry leaves.
Add veggies and boil it with water.

After the veggies get cooked, add boiled mong dal.

Add cilantro and lemon juice.
